DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
Lilac Speech Services is in network with many Excellus BCBS plans (please note we do not accept Medicaid plans at this time). We are otherwise a Private Pay practice. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits.
At this time, Sarah does see children in Monroe County Early Intervention for feeding therapy only. Please contact us for more information.
DOES MY CHILD NEED AN EVALUATION?
We will complete an evaluation prior to beginning therapy. This evaluation will provide information that will be used to create specific, individualized goals for your child. If your child has had an evaluation completed in the last 3 months, we will review the reports to determine if we need more information before beginning therapy.
WHAT IF I JUST HAVE SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT?
We are here to help! We offer phone consultations, parent coaching, and parent-child classes to empower families.
WHAT AGES DO YOU WORK WITH?
We work with children from infancy through Kindergarten age. If your child is developmentally younger than their chronological age, please contact us as we may be able to help.
DO YOU TREAT TONGUE TIES?
Yes! Sarah has extensive knowledge and training with tethered/restricted oral tissues. We will work with you and your providers to ensure the best possible outcome pre-and post- release.
